Shipping, returns, privacy and terms — everything you need to know before you order.

7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Shoes: must be unworn, with the original box and tags intact. Please try shoes indoors only.
Clothing: must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear or items showing signs of wear.
To raise a return, click the Return button in the navigation bar, select a reason, describe the issue and submit. Your request is logged instantly and our team will review it.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once your return is approved and the item is received back, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method wherever possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
For refund queries, raise a ticket under Refund Related in the Help Center.

Shoes are listed in UK sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for growing kids.
Clothing is listed in standard sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Sarees and stoles are Free Size.
If you are unsure, raise a ticket under Order Related with your measurements and we'll help you pick.

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order — name, contact details and shipping address.
Account holders' names, email addresses and passwords are stored securely for the purpose of order history, returns and support tickets.
Payment information is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store card details.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except logistics partners required to fulfil delivery.
You may request deletion of your data by raising a ticket under Problem & Description.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no cost; after dispatch, our returns policy applies.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
